Database migration has been completed. Dashboard and Logistrics are operational. Other programs are being brought back online and verified now.

On Monday, March 6th, Railcrew will be migrating obsolete database servers and databases to the cloud from the local data center. This migration will require an outage of the databases. This outage will impact most tools and customer messaging systems, as the databases are central to all products within Railcrew. Migration is long overdue and necessary to migrate all products to a more stable and scalable cloud environment. This scheduled maintenance affected: Communication (Legacy Email), Operational Real Time Data (Lytx GPS Inbound, Union Pacific Railroad Inbound Messages, CSX Inbound Endpoint for Trips, CSX Executive Email Notifications), HR Systems (Paycom to RCX Employee Lifecycle Event Translator), Reporting and Data Analytics (Reporting Services and Report Data), and Operations Web Tools (Logistrics, Dashboard, Flow).
