This incident affected: Communication (Legacy Email), Operational Real Time Data (Lytx GPS Inbound, Union Pacific Railroad Inbound Messages, CSX Inbound Endpoint for Trips, CSX Executive Email Notifications), HR Systems (Paycom to RCX Employee Lifecycle Event Translator), and Operations Web Tools (Logistrics, Dashboard, Flow).
